The 10th Vacuum and Surface Sciences Conference of Asia and Australia (VASSCAA-10) joint with the Chinese Vacuum Conference 2021 (CVS 2021) will be hosted by the Chinese Vacuum Society (CVS) from 11 to 14 October 2021 in Shanghai, China.
VASSCAA is organized biennially aiming to create a new forum in Asia and Australia to discuss the topics on vacuum, surface and related sciences, techniques and applications. This is thus an interdisciplinary conference for the presentation of new advances and research results in the fields of vacuum and surface science. The conference is officially endorsed by the International Union for Vacuum Science, Technique and Applications (IUVSTA), and steered by the international steering committee (ISC) of VASSCAA.
The Chinese Vacuum Conference series is a biennial academic meeting organized by the Chinese Vacuum Society to strengthen the communication and cooperation among the domestic and international academic communities in vacuum science and technology. The conference has demonstrated the rapid development and recent achievements of the science, technology, development and application of vacuumin China, and it will continue making contributions to the activities in this field.
When VASSCAA meets CVS in Shanghai this October, it will be an ideal forum for presentation and discussion of your latest results and will provide many opportunities to connect with other scientists and engineers not only in Asia and Australia, but also globally. In addition, both conferences are originally encouraged to offer fascinating forums for young researchers. For this purpose, it is effective to accept young excellent researchers as invited speakers in this joint conference.
